Product Applications:

Polymer Field: In emulsion polymerization, it is primarily used as a post-additive to achieve low surface tension and improve flow and leveling properties. It can also serve as a secondary emulsifier for styrene-butadiene latex, resulting in very small particle sizes and a narrow particle size distribution.

Non-Polymer Field: Used as a wetting and leveling agent in nearly all industrial sectors: textiles, papermaking, pesticides, petroleum, rubber, metallurgy, coatings, plastics, cosmetics, mining, and synthetic detergents. It is also applicable in wetting, spraying, fire extinguishing, dust control, emulsion lubrication and cooling, degreasing, and dry cleaning. Due to its excellent permeability, in wet PU leather manufacturing, it promotes the complete separation of DMF into the aqueous phase, not only making the leather quality resemble genuine leather and improving overall quality, but also eliminating residual DMF toxicity and reducing production costs. Used as a leather degreasing and release agent.
